The Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs is excited to announce this year's ELEVATE public art festival. The festival will take place weekends from September 16-October 9. ELEVATE: Open Spaces focuses on providing free outdoor cultural events around Atlanta, funding artist-led projects, and promoting Cultural programming around the city.
