FCDPC Post Seat Holder Application Deadline
Time & Location
Jun 09, 2022, 12:00 PM
About the Event
Voting members of the FCDPC are called Post Seat Holders. Holding a Post Seat empowers you to vote on formal business administered at the FCDPC Business Meetings and in party elections conducted by the FCDPC (such as those for Officers and State Committee Members). Holding a Post Seat qualifies you to run for some of these elected positions. The voting body is comprised of 175 Post Seat Holders: 25 Democrats from each of the 6 County Commission Districts within Fulton County and 1 At-Large District. Post Seat Holders are seated by a caucus.
At the June 9, 2022, business meeting of the Fulton Democratic Party Committee Meeting (FCDPC), POST SEAT HOLDER (PSH) elections will be held. If you would like to run for a PSH position or are a current PSH who would like to run for re-election, you will need to (1) attend the June 9 business meeting AND (2) complete the PSH APPLICATION by noon on June 9, 2022.
