EMW Brayboy Park - Capital Improvements (Renderings)

The Friends of Ella Mae Wade Brayboy Memorial Park has received a Design Award from Park Pride to construct a community-supported amenity design. For the past 3 years, neighbors have collaborated during visioning workshops to develop improvements to the park.  Read press release here.

During our April neighborhood meeting, residents reviewed the final Schematic Design with Park Pride and architecture firm Perkins & Will.

Next steps include: Perkins & Will architects to draft accurate cost estimates and a 'ready-to-implement' design to prepare for the capital improvement grant application.

Prior to that grant application submission, The HHHNA Board must complete a Letter of Intent (LOI) due on September 1, 2025. Take a look at the updated park renderings below:
