Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is launching the community engagement process for the site 425 Chappell Road. The 31+ acre property was acquired as part of the BeltLine’s land acquisition strategy to support equitable development within the BeltLine TAD. The site is nestled within the Historic Westin Heights/Bankhead neighborhood.
In this meeting we will review the BeltLine Subarea 10 Master Plan, discuss current development conditions, and share next steps for community conversations as we work together to create a master redevelopment plan for the site and adjacent City of Atlanta properties.
