Attached is the Community Benefits Agreement with Lucky Shop Grocery Market effective February 19, 2024. H&R Enterprise LLC, DBA "Lucky Shop Grocery Market" agreed to the conditions of this agreement to obtain our support in their effort to obtain a liquor license to sell beer and wine at their business located at 1218 Joseph E. Boone Blvd NW.
Given the amount of locations selling alcohol on Boone, which attracts loitering and crime, our neighborhood expressed extreme reservations on approving this license. After presenting before NPU-K and HHHNA, the owner of "Lucky Shop Grocery Market" agreed to working with HHHNA on a Community Benefits Agreement. We agreed to the conditions drafted in this document and presented before the City of Atlanta License Review Board on February 20, 2024 demonstrating partnership between community and business. "Lucky Shop Grocery Market" was awarded their license. Now, the work on our part begins to hold them accountable to the CBA. Please review and help us monitor their activities to ensure HHHNA holds them accountable.
