Variance Request - Upcoming Vote

The owner of 66 Burbank Drive NW is seeking a variance from the City of Atlanta to build a new home on the vacant lot.


The Board has extended an invitation to the owners to attend our November meeting to share site plans with the neighborhood and seek approval before the property owner attends next month's NPU-K meeting.


They need Hunter Hills Neighborhood Association's approval and NPU-K's approval before heading to the city's Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) in December.


Please review ahead of our hybrid meeting on Monday, November 10.
