Upcoming Vote on Updated Finance Bylaws

As the Hunter Hills Neighborhood Association continues to grow and receive new opportunities for funding, the Board recognized the need for clearer financial procedures and accountability. To support this, the Finance Committee was formed to assist Board Officers in managing incoming grant funds and to establish a transparent workflow of checks and balances for all financial activity.


The proposed Finance Bylaws outline these processes—ensuring responsible stewardship of community resources, consistent reporting, and fair oversight of expenditures. Members will have the opportunity to review and vote on the adoption of these updated bylaws on Monday, November 10 during our hybrid general meeting.
