Burbank Drive Road Closure

Hunter Hills Residents should anticipate an upcoming full street closure at 285 Burbank Dr NW, between Joseph E. Boone Blvd NW and Andrews St NW.

This closure is necessary to allow for critical infrastructure improvements, including the installation of a new manhole to connect to the existing sanitary sewer system, as well as a new sewer service line. Additionally, a water service line and fire hydrant will be installed to support a future townhome development.

The road closure will begin on May 11, 2026, and is expected to remain in place through May 29, 2026.

Due to the depth of the excavation, the road will be closed to thru traffic for the entire duration of the work.

Use Chappell Road or Joseph E. Boone Blvd as alternates.
